Tandem Charleston Workshop: 2pm – 4pm

Always wanted to get to grips with Tandem Charleston? In this 2 hour workshop, we’ll go through entrance and exit along with several moves to give you variety.

Suitable for  more experienced dancers, don’t worry there will be breaks. No need to book with a partner as we rotate in class – but let us know if you’d rather stay with your partner.

We recommend clothing that you’re comfortable moving in, and shoes without too much grip.

Social dance: 4pm – 6pm

Try out your new moves on the dance floor!

Join us for two hours of social dancing to music that swings and is easy to dance to. All levels are welcome in this relaxed afternoon of dancing. No need to dress up unless you want to.

Even if you can’t make it to the workshop, everyone is welcome for the social dance.

The workshop and social are both taking place at The Dockyard Club, not far from the beautiful Southsea seafront. If you’re driving it’s best to come early to find a space. We suggest you park on the seafront and walk up.
